Charge Spy App License Agreement
Introduction
This License Agreement applies to the Charge Spy application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, which was created by "Charge Spy" LLC as a Free Service. This service is intended for use "AS IS" ("as is").
Installation, as well as use of the Application, indicates your agreement to the terms of this License Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms proposed by this License, you must remove the Application from your devices and refuse to use the Application further.
Use
You have the right to install and use the Application both on home devices and on devices in organizations of any form of ownership, including state and municipal institutions. You may distribute this software free of charge in the form of an original distribution.
Restrictions
You may not distribute the Application for material compensation unless you have the appropriate permission from LLC Charge Spy.
You may not distribute a non-original distribution of the Program unless you have the appropriate permission from LLC Charge Spy.
It is prohibited to remove copyright or other information about the authors and copyright holders of the Program.
It is prohibited to rent or lease the Application.
For violation of intellectual rights to the Application, the violator shall bear civil, administrative or criminal liability in accordance with the law.
Privacy Policy
The Application does not collect any information when you download and use it. No information is transferred to third parties. Registration is not required to use the Application.
Required and optional permissions
Required - Establishing a connection with Bluetooth devices
Used to communicate with devices developed by "Charge Spy" LLC.
Optional - Access to geolocation
Used to search for and pair Bluetooth devices. No information about the user's location is collected.
Limitation of Liability
You agree that the Program may contain errors.
"Charge Spy" LLC does not provide any guarantees that the Program will work on a specific device.
"Charge Spy" LLC does not provide any guarantees that the Program will work if you do not update it to current versions.
Given that the Program is distributed on an "as is" basis, you should be aware that you use the Program at your own risk. "Charge Spy" LLC is not liable for any damages and/or damages (including damages for lost commercial profits, business interruption, loss of information or other property damage) arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
Copyright objects
All copyrights to the Application belong exclusively to "Charge Spy" LLC.
All rights to third-party components included in the Application belong to the copyright holders of the respective components.
Third-party products and components are included in the Application with the respective consent of their copyright holders (including compliance with the license agreement is considered as consent).
This License Agreement is governed by the legislation of Ukraine and international copyright norms rights.
Changes
This License Agreement may be updated from time to time for any reason. In the event of changes to the License Agreement, the text of this page will be updated with the text of the new License Agreement. To stay informed of changes, you are encouraged to regularly review this License Agreement for any changes after updating the application, as continued use constitutes acceptance of all changes.
